Conflict Coach

Services

One person, one team, or one room full of people.

The same work at three scales. Start wherever the pressure is highest. We can widen the circle later.

Every engagement starts the same way. A free 30-minute call to find out what is actually needed.

Coaching · one to one

When you are the one carrying it.

For a leader who has to have the conversation on Monday. For an adult stuck in the same argument for the third year. For a teenager who has gone quiet.

  • Rehearse with clarity

Rehearse the hard conversation out loud before you have it.

  • Get clear on what is real

Separate what happened from what you decided it means.

  • Find what matters

Find the need under the position, yours first, then theirs.

  • Leave with a plan

Leave with one specific thing to say, and the words to say it.

Usually four to eight sessions of 90 minutes, weekly or fortnightly, in person or online. Teens are seen alone; parents get a shared summary agreed with them first.

Culture · teams and organisations

When the disagreement has gone underground.

Nobody is arguing openly. Instead, decisions are questioned afterwards, concerns move into private conversations, and meetings create the appearance of agreement without resolving tension.

  • Listen, one to one

Confidential one-to-one conversations with everyone involved.

  • Bring the picture together

A read-back of the main themes, with no names or attribution.

  • Say the real thing

A facilitated session where the real points of disagreement can be discussed directly.

  • Make it last

Practical working agreements the team creates together and actually uses.

Most engagements run over four to six weeks. The exact structure depends on the team size, how long the tension has been building and how quickly it needs to be addressed. We work that out on the first call.

Seminars · groups

Real conversations change what happens next.

Practical, thought-provoking sessions for teams, organisations and groups. Not theory. Not performance. Real language for the conversations that matter.

  • Relevant and real

Rooted in the situations you actually face.

  • Engaging and practical

Ideas people can use straight away.

  • Space for real thinking

A chance to reflect, not just listen.

  • Lasting impact

Language and tools people take back to their work and relationships.

Sessions can be tailored to your context, from 90-minute talks to half-day and full-day workshops. We discuss your needs on the first call.

Not sure which one you need?

Most people are not. Describe the situation on a 30-minute call and I will tell you what I think would help, including if that is nothing from me.
